1. Personal Development Skills: We recognize that traditional curricula often miss out on crucial personal development skills. Our foundation is dedicated to filling this gap by providing youth with the tools and knowledge they need to build self-confidence, emotional intelligence, resilience, and effective communication skills.
2. Entrepreneurship Education: In today’s dynamic world, entrepreneurship skills are invaluable. The Joel Nanauka Foundation is dedicated to training and mentoring young individuals in entrepreneurship, preparing them for the challenges and opportunities of the business world.
3. Financial Literacy: Financial literacy is a cornerstone of economic independence. We aim to enhance the financial literacy of young people, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to manage their finances effectively and make informed financial decisions.

To train and mentor youth in entrepreneurship skills, prepare them for work and train them on financial literacy to equip them to start, manage and grow their business as well as becoming professionally successful in their careers of choice.
Personal Development and Life Skills
To equip youth with personal development skills that are not offered in the mainstream curriculum so that to empower them to thrive amidst daily challenges they are facing. Such skills include goal setting, stress management, emotional intelligence, negotiations, strategic networking etc.
