Who Is Joel Nanauka?
Joel Arthur Nanauka is a Certified Life Coach, Author and Corporate Trainer. He is a graduate in Business Management and post-graduate in Economic Diplomacy and Leadership.
He has been named on 100 List of the Most Influential Young Africans in 2020 on Africa Youth Awards and the most influential Youth in Personal Development and Academia in Tanzania. He has authored 25 impactful personal development books and he is the Director of Africa Success Academy headquartered in Dar es Salaam Tanzania that focuses on Training, Business consultation and Mentoring.
Joel is a trainer recognised by Regent University Based in US in the areas of Business and Entrepreneurship. He is also Certified Trainer by Joseph Business School a US Based College.
He has been a mentor for Women Entrepreneurs under Gracá Machel Trust based in South Africa and he is trained by ILO on Gender and Entrepreneurship Program (GET Ahead) that focuses on inclusion of gender component in business trainings.
He has also mentored nominees for Africa Entrepreneurship Awards financed by BMCE Bank based in Casablanca Morocco. Joel, was one of the technical team members appointed by National Economic Empowerment Council of Tanzania (NEEC) to formulate National Entrepreneurship Training Guideline.
Before venturing into trainings and writings he gained global experience by working with UN agency, UNESCO in the areas of Education, Science and strategic Communication.
He was awarded as the best student Nationally in his Ordinary level studies as well as in his postgraduate in Economic Diplomacy. In 2012 he was named as the best young global Leader in Global Youth Conference in Taiwan-China
Joel has been a long time trainer change Management and Leadership for Institute of Directors Tanzania, whereby he has helped leaders of organisation to underwent succesful change management.
Has authored 25 books in the area of personal development.
He is happily married to Rachel, with three daughters, joyous , Joyceline and Jonel.
